About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Banquet Server to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving guests. The role involves delivering warm, genuine service for all group and social catering events, both on property and off-site. This position requires maintaining strong awareness in all service areas, anticipating guest needs to create memorable experiences, and setting up and breaking down events with precision to meet Four Seasons standards. Clear communication with the team for seamless coordination, confident and professional guest interactions with effective problem-solving, and accommodating special requests while resolving concerns with grace are essential. The server will also assist guests with questions about hotel services, hours, and event details.

Requirements

TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
Work authorization in the United States
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of MICROS preferred
One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
