About The Position

The Banquet Server supports banquet and event operations by setting up, serving, and breaking down functions. The position is part-time at Embassy Suites San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, with a $5.25 hourly salary. Shifts are flexible and may include a variety of events.

Nice To Haves

• Banquet or restaurant experience.
• TABC certification.
• Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event requirements.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist with event flow.
• Refill water, beverages, and buffet items as needed.
• Follow event timelines and work closely with banquet captains.
• Assist with breakdown and resetting of event spaces.
• Follow service standards and safety procedures.
• Provide professional and courteous service at all times.
