From setting up tables and décor to serving food and beverages, clearing, and cleanup, you'll help ensure every event runs smoothly and guests leave happy.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age minimum with GED or HS Diploma.
  • Must obtain a current Food Handler's Card and have a working knowledge of the regulations.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to follow and provide clear verbal and written instructions to others.
  • Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
  • Must pass and remain in compliance with Coquille Gaming Commission background check and drug free workplace policies.

Nice To Haves

  • Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
  • Prior food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
  • Champion guest interaction standards and coach banquet team members to deliver warm, polished service in alignment with Executive Chef and departmental guidelines.
  • Serving and delivering food to guests, using tray service at all times.
  • Replenish beverages as necessary and check for guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus including timing for events.
  • Foster open, upbeat communication with team members and supervisors to maintain a collaborative, positive kitchen environment.
  • Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
