About The Position
Our Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of professional food service and guest satisfaction, including serving food and beverage to banquet Guests. Maggiano's, part of Brinker International, aims to bring people together to celebrate family and friends, following 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International pioneered casual dining, and Maggiano's Little Italy embodies Italian American tradition. The company is committed to community involvement, supporting the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund. The Banquet team, including Banquet Sales Managers, Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, and Housemen, works to create memorable events such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, anniversaries, birthday parties, and baby showers, with a strong focus on details and making a personal difference.
