About The Position

The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces according to Banquet Event Orders, including linens, settings, and A/V equipment. They will serve food and beverages with a focus on timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining clean and organized banquet areas, managing guest needs with professionalism, and adhering to food safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months serving experience for medium to large groups.
  • Food Safety certification or complete training within first 90 days.
  • Alcohol certification or complete training within first 90 days.
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, bend and squat repeatedly, and stand/walk for entire shift.
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
