About The Position

The Hilton Daytona Beach is looking for responsible and motivated service professionals to join its banquet team. This is a PART TIME position. Hours vary based on events. Weekends are a must. As a Banquet Server, you would be responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Relay banquet requests to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
