About The Position
Pirate Ventures is a leading venue and event management company specializing in high‑volume events including weddings, corporate gatherings, festivals, and private parties. We're seeking professional, energetic Banquet Servers to help deliver exceptional guest experiences and Deliver the Unexpected.
Requirements
- Previous banquet, catering, or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift service trays/equipment
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional service to event guests
- Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d'oeuvres
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining clean service areas
- Work efficiently during high‑volume service periods
- Collaborate with banquet captains, bartenders, and event staff
