About The Position

Heritage Hotels & Resorts is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Server to join their team. This role is crucial for delivering refined, seamless service during banquets and special events, transforming them into unforgettable moments. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, professionalism, and a strong sense of teamwork to ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and impressed.

Requirements

Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required.
Ability to remain guest-focused and calm under pressure.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 10+ pounds.
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, high-quality dining service during banquets and special events.
Set up dining areas, roll silverware, and prepare food and beverage stations.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and in sync with event timelines.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership throughout events.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
Handle guest checks, cash, and tip reporting accurately.
Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and company service standards.
Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
