About The Position

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Banquet Server for the Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center. This role involves setting up banquet rooms for events, serving food and beverages, and clearing tables. The position offers a flat rate of $19 per hour and is primarily evening shifts with some weekend availability. The Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center is a high-end private facility focused on professional clientele, managed by Benchmark Hospitality.

Requirements

Friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to carry large trays of food.
Basic Food Safety Certification required within 30 days of starting.
Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission Certification required within 30 days of starting.
Must be able to be re-certified as needed.

Nice To Haves

Food & Beverage experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up for events to include draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, polishing silverware and glasses, and put out table centerpieces.
Serve food and clear food from the tables.
Bartend events including butler passing drinks, and liquor, beer and wine bars.
Bus tables, put away dirty linen and centerpieces, and vacuum.
Clean the back hall and organize storerooms.
