About The Position

The banquet bartender/ server is responsible for servicing banquet events according to banquet event order (BEO) guidelines and brand standards; providing the highest quality service to guests and team members; maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the meeting spaces.

Requirements

• Servicing banquet events according to banquet event order (BEO) guidelines and brand standards
• Providing the highest quality service to guests and team members
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the meeting spaces
• Familiarity with the operation of the POS system (micros)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the correct and timely execution of all banquet event order functions
• Set up, serve and tear down banquet events.
• Maintain banquet rooms in neat and organized manner.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the banquet function space, pre-function space and storage areas.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the company's policy.
• Be familiar with the operation of the POS system (micros).
