About The Position

We are hiring a full-time Banquet Server. We are looking for individuals with a passion for serving others. Our hotel events, including receptions, meetings, training sessions, and reunions, offer great exposure to our venue. To ensure success, we need a team that is player-focused on quality, service delivery, and timeliness. Our Banquet Servers are responsible for serving meals with friendly, responsive customer service and creating an exceptional dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
Greet guests and accommodate all their needs during an event.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding menu questions.
Deliver food and beverages from staging areas to guests.
Assist other servers during peak periods with food delivery and guest requests.
Learn and practice buffet, plated, and reception-style meal services to RCGR standards (training provided).
Anticipate guests' needs and monitor their dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
Setup, execution, and clean-up for an event.
Perform side work to prepare for upcoming events.
Maintain clean service areas at all times.
Maintain a professional and personable appearance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
