About The Position
A nationwide staffing agency is hiring experienced banquet servers for flexible hospitality and event shifts. Workers use the NextCrew app to view available opportunities and choose shifts that fit their schedules. They may work as much or as little as opportunities allow, while maintaining a regular schedule or earning extra income. Opportunities may include weddings, galas, corporate events, convention centers, hotels, sporting events, concerts, banquets, and other large-scale events. This is not an entry-level serving position.
Requirements
- Previous banquet or professional serving experience is required.
- Comfort carrying trays and providing professional service.
- Polished and guest-focused.
- Dependable and punctual for every shift accepted.
Nice To Haves
- Hotel, catering, wedding, fine dining, or event experience is preferred.
