About The Position

Responsible for setting up, working and breaking down functions outside of the dining room. This role involves gathering all supplies for private stations and banquets, working the events, and ensuring all guest’s needs are satisfied. Additionally, the position is responsible for maintaining the banquet kitchen, organizing supplies, and daily cleaning of banquet rooms and kitchen.

Requirements

• Must have a valid PA driver’s license to drive any vehicle.
• Ability to work well with others

• Must be able to read, write, understand and speak the English language.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience, preferably from hotel or events.
• At least one year of banquet experience.

Responsibilities

• Setting up tables with proper silverware, glassware, etc.
• Serving and bussing tables
• Replenishing of any buffets
• Setting up coffee service
• Breakdown of all functions and stations
• Gathering all supplies for private stations and banquets
• Working events and ensuring all guest’s needs are satisfied
• Maintaining of the banquet kitchen
• Organizing supplies
• Daily cleaning of banquet rooms and kitchen
