This is an on-call Banquet Server position. The role involves reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to understand menu details, room setup, food, beverage, and audio-visual needs. The server will assist with setting up tables, buffets, and bars, ensuring the quality and presentation of food before serving, and preparing and serving beverages. Prompt and professional service to all guests is expected, along with communication with the kitchen regarding any changes. The rate of pay is $18.50 per hour plus gratuities.
