About The Position

The role of the Banquet Server is to serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. The server will anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. This role involves transporting items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality and assisting in set-up and breakdown of tables, buffets, and food stations.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule, ability to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Possess legal work authorization in the United States.
