About The Position

The Banquet Server is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our Banquets Department is involved from planning, setting up and executing events to the breakdown of the room so events happen again the next day – or even the next hour. The Banquet Server will serve guests’ needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods.

Requirements

  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach to any task
  • Flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Smart Serve certification
  • Legal work authorization in Canada

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of previous Banquet/Serving experience in a fast-paced food and beverage operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of English language
  • Additional language
