Requirements

• Previous experience as a banquet server and/or bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or equipment as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state of Michigan.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Responsible Alcohol Service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications and company standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously to guests during events.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as a bartender, following all safety and legal guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and banquet areas throughout events.
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Collaborate with team members and event coordinators to ensure smooth event execution.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests professionally and promptly.
