Requirements

5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience in luxury hotels, resorts, fine dining, or high-end banquet operations.
Proven success executing large-scale banquet events with precision and consistency.
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
Experience managing food and labor costs while maintaining premium quality standards.
Thorough knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
