Mintahoe Catering & Events is a leading Twin Cities catering and event partner, serving high-quality venues across the region. We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee event execution at the Heritage Center and occasionally at other Mintahoe serviced venues. About the Venue Heritage Center is a premier historic venue with seven event spaces, outdoor courtyards, and capacities ranging from 30 to over 1,000 guests. Clients include corporate, government, nonprofit, and social/wedding events. Role Overview The Banquet Manager ensures exceptional client satisfaction by coordinating all event details between Mintahoe’s team and Heritage Center’s management. This position partners closely with our Director of Operations, Culinary Team, Scheduling, Event Captains, and Heritage Center’s sales and facilities staff.
