Requirements

Proven experience in banquet or event management within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all banquet and event operations, including setup, service, and breakdown
Collaborate with clients to plan and customize event details, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
Manage banquet staff, including scheduling, training, and performance oversight
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain accurate event documentation and billing procedures
Work closely with culinary and service teams to deliver seamless event execution
