About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Banquet Manager to join our dynamic Banquet Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance. This position may be the perfect fit for you! You will be responsible for leading the Banquets operation. You will help create a stellar Banquet team by selecting, training, leading, and motivating all employees in the department.

Requirements

• TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
• US work authorization is required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Two to three years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• Banquet or event experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Leading the Banquets operation.
• Selecting, training, leading, and motivating all employees in the department.
