About The Position

Manchester Country Club, located in Bedford, NH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Banquet/Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of prior cook or food production experience
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

  • certified culinary training is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance with production plan or forecast needs
  • Wrap, date, and rotate food items
  • Utilize whole food products eliminating any waste
  • Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas
  • Alert chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner
  • Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production
  • Ensure proper storage of food items
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
  • Perform other duties as required
