Requirements

  • Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and warm hospitality while effectively communicating with a variety of guests.
  • Three to twelve months of hotel, food and beverage, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Position requires regular lifting of up to 50 lbs and the ability to remain active throughout shifts.
  • Food Handler’s certification may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of meetings, events, and banquet functions to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
  • Arranges event spaces, maintains cleanliness and organization, and provides timely support to the Banquets and Events teams.
  • Set up banquet rooms, meeting spaces, and event venues according to event orders and floor plans.
  • Arrange and position tables, chairs, linens, and audiovisual equipment for events.
  • Break down and reset event spaces efficiently following functions and meetings.
  • Transport, handle, and store banquet equipment safely, including tables, chairs, risers, and equipment.
  • Assist servers and event staff with room refreshes, water stations, supplies, and guest requests.
  • Follow banquet event orders (BEOs) accurately and communicate setup changes to supervisors.
