Requirements
- Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
- Able to lift 50 to 60 pounds to move tables and stacks of chairs
- Flexible availability to work AM, PM, mid-shifts, holidays and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous banquet or catering event set up experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Set up room, audio visual, dance floor and stages according to the banquet event order.
- Communicate with Food & Beverage Manager, Banquet Captain and Catering Sales Manager to ensure event set up expectations are properly executed.
- Break down and clean all meeting rooms after events have concluded and properly store and organize tables, chairs and audio-visual equipment.
- Follow established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms to ensure they stay presentable for site visits and walk-throughs.
