Requirements

A reliable and hard-working team player who takes pride in creating flawless setups.
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on presentation and efficiency.
Positive, cooperative, and ready to support your team wherever needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous banquet, event, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Set up, break down, and maintain banquet rooms and event spaces according to event orders and guest specifications.
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, stages, dance floors, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of event spaces before, during, and after functions.
Assist banquet servers and captains by replenishing supplies, refreshing setups, and supporting guest needs.
Safely move, lift, and store banquet furniture, equipment, and décor in designated areas.
Maintain organization of storage areas and care for banquet equipment to extend its lifespan.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest and team member requests, embodying the spirit of Unscripted Hospitality.
Work collaboratively with the Banquet Captain, Culinary team, and Event Managers to ensure seamless execution of functions.
Uphold safety and sanitation standards in all banquet areas.
