About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Banquet House Attendant (On-Call) to support their banquet team. This role involves providing exceptional service to guests by arranging tables and chairs, cleaning, and assisting with the planning and execution of events. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a banquet environment and a sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. This position requires good organizational skills, the ability to work independently and under pressure, and a high work ethic. A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is necessary, along with fluency in English and legal work authorization in the United States.

Requirements

2 years' experience working within a banquet environment
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service, ensuring that all items are in good condition
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the resort’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
