About The Position

We are looking for an individual who can provide support to our banquet team who has 2 years' experience working within a banquet environment. The Banquet House Attendant will provide exceptional service to our guests from arranging tables and chairs to cleaning and vacuuming, planning and execution.

Requirements

2 years' experience working within a banquet environment
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order
Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service, ensuring that all items are in good condition
Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans
Retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the resort’s receiving area and store them safely and securely
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact
