Requirements
- Prior experience as a Banquet House Attendant in a luxury resort/hotel setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow floor plans and detailed setup instructions.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- A dependable work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to guest service.
- US work authorization is required.
Responsibilities
- Set up and break down tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and banquet equipment according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and floor plans.
- Complete room setups on time, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and accuracy.
- Maintain organized storage areas and handle equipment with care.
- Respond promptly to setup changes and communicate equipment or maintenance needs.
- Work closely with banquet leadership and colleagues to support seamless events.
