The Banquet House Attendant is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order. This role also involves stocking linen, china, silver, and glassware, ensuring all items are in good condition. The attendant will maintain the cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans. Additionally, they will retrieve meeting materials, props, crates, and boxes from the hotel’s receiving area and store them safely and securely.
