- Prior professional kitchen experience preferred
- At least one year of professional cooking experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass a criminal background screening and pre-employment drug screening

- Prepare and organize mise en place using high-quality ingredients
- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal features and menu items
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
