The targeted hiring range for this position is $15.08 - $20.05 per hour depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Requirements

Two years of related customer service experience, preferably with cash handling.
Basic computer skills, strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills.
Ability to work in a face paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) with professionalism and warmth.
Dispense appropriate levels of alcohol and prepare drinks according to recipes and hotel standards.
Adhere to all hotel, local, state, and federal regulations to ensure safe and proper food and alcohol service.
Maintain full knowledge of all food, cocktail, wine, and beer offerings to assist guests effectively.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire restaurant.
Properly use all equipment and adhere to cost controls to minimize expenses and waste.
Work as a team player, contributing to the success of the bar, restaurant, and events.
Accurately handle cash and reconcile bartender financials at the end of the shift.
Collaborate with other departments to provide efficient and timely services.
