About The Position
The Banquet cook will be responsible for preparing food for private events such as weddings and seasonal parties. Providing exceptional service to our exclusive clientele will require an individual that has a passion for service and a knack for working in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Willing and flexible to work most weekends and some holidays
- Knowledgeable in various cooking and baking techniques
- Must have prior culinary experience
- Attention to detail
- Service oriented
Nice To Haves
- Servsafe certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare food for service in a banquet or event-style presentation
- Prepare, stock, and clean station as necessary.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, event staff, and servers to provide excellent service.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
