Requirements

• Good food and service knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Have 2-3 years of banquets experience

• Has taken a Food/Alcohol Handler’s course

Responsibilities

• Responsible for controlling all aspects in the execution of banquet function
• Assist and conduct all designated team members and pre-function meetings
• Coordinating every aspect of the Banquet team members during all food and beverage service
• Ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct the job duties from being performed safely, efficiently and effectively
• Assist the Banquet Manager in the complete operation of the Banquet Department
