The Banquet Captain is responsible for ensuring all event details are accurate, coordinating with staff on set-ups and schedules, and verifying staffing levels. Additionally, the captain may act as a banquet server when needed and is responsible for the final inspection of banquet areas, equipment return, and cleanliness. The role also includes administrative tasks such as posting banquet checks and turning them in to the Night Audit. The company requires compliance with attendance policies and availability for regular work. Any other job-related duties as assigned will also be part of the responsibilities.
