Requirements

  • Minimum of High School education
  • Minimum of one (1) year in hotel customer service role
  • Food safety certification preferred
  • Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise banquet staff.
  • Assign tasks to servers and setup staff.
  • Make sure the room is set up correctly.
  • Review the BEO before each event.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings with staff.
  • Make sure food and drinks are served properly.
  • Communicate with the kitchen and event organizer.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns.
  • Keep the event running on schedule.
  • Oversee cleanup and breakdown after the event.
  • Perform Various Duties assigned.
