About The Position
The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center is hiring an experienced Server/Trainer to take a leadership role in coordinating food service at events held in our beautiful ballrooms. This is a full-time position with both day and evening hours based on events. The role requires weekend availability, banquet server experience, and the ability to coach staff to provide exceptional guest service. Qualified applicants must be able to complete a pre-employment background check. The Ingleside Hotel is a drug-free workplace.
Requirements
- Banquet server experience is required, preferably in a Captain or Trainer role.
- Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff assignments, pace of service and teamwork.
- Assist in resolving guest concerns.
- Participate in room and buffet set up.
- Serve plated food or buffet style for breakfast meetings, luncheons, weddings, banquets, etc.
- Restock banquet buffets.
- Stand for the entire shift.
- Lift and carry trays with 8-10 meals and serve them to guests; clear tables.
