About The Position

As a Banquet Captain, you will be an integral part of the Banquet team at Brasada Ranch, which is recognized as a top wedding venue in Central Oregon. Your role is crucial for the flawless execution of special events, ensuring the level of service meets high expectations. You will be responsible for managing, planning, and directing banquet operations, including service and set-up. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, a warm demeanor, and genuine care for guests, as you will be on display at all times, contributing to memorable guest experiences. You will report to the Banquet Manager and collaborate closely with the Catering/Sales and Culinary departments to successfully meet client demands.

Must be available to work varying schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Manage, plan and direct the banquet operations including service, and set-up of service
Partner closely with the Catering/Sales and Culinary departments to ensure the banquet operations can meet the demands of the clients successfully
