The Banquet Busser reports to the Director of Banquets. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. Work authorization for the location is required. Requirements
- High analytical and organizational skills.
- Speaking, writing and reading English is required.
- Flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and some weekends.
- Work authorization for the location is required.
Responsibilities
- Serves guests needs by assisting the Banquet Servers in gathering all items related to the event. Such as: linen, napkins, buffet items, salt and pepper shakers, votives, jack stands, etc.
- Works quickly in high-pressure environment and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Setting up and servicing coffee breaks for small events.
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
