About The Position
Wedgewood Weddings & Events is hiring part-time banquet bartenders to serve at weddings and special events. Bartenders serve beverages quickly and efficiently, keep the bar stocked and clean, provide friendly guest service, and handle high-volume service while meeting company standards and following safety and sanitation protocols. The role also may involve lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet setup and teardown. Regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts is required; shifts may exceed 8 hours and workweeks may exceed 40 hours.
Requirements
- Food Handler’s Card.
- Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certification.
- Ability to handle busy shifts with a smile and professionalism.
- Regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements, which may include lifting chairs and moving tables.
Nice To Haves
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
- Outgoing and personable attitude, with the ability to make guests feel welcome.
