About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and professional Banquet Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during weddings, member events, and private functions. This role requires strong bartending skills, banquet experience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a high-end country club environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably in a banquet, catering, or high-volume event setting.
• Strong knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and beverage service standards.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain required alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and in accordance with banquet event orders.
• Set up, maintain, and break down bar areas for events.
• Ensure proper portion control and adherence to beverage recipes and club standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to members and guests.
• Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of bar areas.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions when required.
• Assist banquet team with beverage service throughout events.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
