About The Position
Provide exceptional bar service to members and guests during club functions, sporting events, and private parties. Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes and ensuring compliance with liquor laws and health regulations.
Requirements

- Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position

- Meets department productivity standards
- Maintain alcohol certification
Responsibilities
- Set-up of bars at beginning of shift
- Mix and serve drinks to order
- Maintain alcohol certification
- Prepare drinks for waiter/waitress to serve to members and guests
- Responsible for alerting supervisor to potential problems with underage drinking or over consumption of alcohol
- Address members and guests with friendly and courteous attitudes at all times
- Maintain bars cleanliness throughout function
- Responsible for the safe return of all liquor, wine, beer, etc., to Liquor Room
- Responsible for cleaning and break down of portable bars
- Perform any and all other tasks as assigned by supervisor
