About The Position

As a member of the Banquet team, you are always on stage, especially for events at Brasada, which is home to a top wedding venue. The success of these events relies on the Banquet team's attention to detail for flawless execution. To be successful, you must enjoy being an integral part of special events, handling responsibilities from setup to execution, to the close of one event and the preparation of the next. This role helps provide experiences of a lifetime for guests, requiring unmatched and relentless attention to detail. You should thrive in a team environment, be able to take direction with exact accuracy, and display warmness and genuine caring for guests at all times. You take pride in your services and aim to receive feedback about assisting with the 'best event ever'.

Requirements

• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Positive interpersonal skills required
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
• OLCC Certification

Nice To Haves

• 6 months banquet bartending experience preferred
