Banquets - Bartender
About The Position
Join the Banquet Team at the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Neenah, WI! We are currently seeking energetic, dependable, and outgoing individuals to join our banquet team as Banquet Bartenders. In this role, you’ll help create memorable experiences for our guests during weddings, corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings. Individual must be sociable, friendly, self-motivated and able to multi-task, and must be at least 18 years old in order to serve alcohol. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in delivering excellent guest service, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old in order to serve alcohol
- Must be able to speak and understand the English language
- Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change
- Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Must have the ability to ring in orders on a cash register
- Must be able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Required to occasionally lift up to fifty pounds
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Previous beverage service experience is not required, but preferred
Responsibilities
- Set up portable bars
- Greet guests and serve beverages during weddings, corporate events, and other social events
- Tear bars down and clean up after the event
