About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet sales, catering management, or conference planning within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a banquet or catering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of banquet marketing, conference planning, and catering operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
