Requirements

High school diploma.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, 10-key touch.
Ability to navigate efficiently within various applications and platforms.
Data entry and data reconciliation accuracy, with proficient technical skills to maintain quality and results.
Attention to detail to perform accurate and quality work with document review and data validation.
Ability to maintain focus and concentration while meeting timelines.

Nice To Haves

Work history in legal, accounting, billing, loan servicing, or other professional practices.
Mortgage Banking experience.

Responsibilities

Extract data and validate key fields from the bankruptcy docket.
Obtain necessary mortgage collateral documents for validation and redaction.
Retrieve and verify required financial data, invoices, escrow statements, payment histories, and other pertinent mortgage data.
Note, track, and obtain missing items as necessary, performing regular follow-ups to secure any missing data and documents.
Perform other similar duties as assigned.
