The stated national base salary ranges are $100,000–$165,000 for associates (approximately 1–6+ years), $140,000–$215,000 for senior counsel/of counsel (approximately 5 years or more), and $190,000–$275,000+ for partners (approximately 7 years or more). The advertised pay range is $100,000–$275,000 per year.
