About The Position

The Minneapolis office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking a Bankruptcy Associate to join our firm and highly regarded Bankruptcy department. Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of bankruptcy experience
• Some commercial litigation or corporate experience preferred.
• Must be admitted to, or have the ability to waive into, the Minnesota Bar.
• Must demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• Highly motivated to be part of an active practice.
• Demonstrate initiative.

Nice To Haves

• Additional experience or a degree in finance, accounting, business or banking would be a plus.
• Federal Clerkship experience.
