Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the branch office; coordinating work within the office, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. This role involves greeting and serving customers, assisting with various transactions and account changes, maintaining awareness of new business opportunities, and educating customers on product selections. The position also requires processing various financial transactions, maintaining cash levels, balancing drawers and the branch, and preparing reports. Additionally, the representative will assist with ATM balancing, vault cash verifications, and dual control functions, while adhering to all relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
