Responsible for performing a variety of duties to support the paying and receiving function of the branch office; coordinating work within the office, as well as with other departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries or requests for information. The Banking Solutions Representative will greet and serve customers in a friendly and courteous manner, assist customers with various transactions and account changes, and maintain an awareness of new business opportunities with customers, actively referring them to appropriate customer service personnel. This role also involves processing various financial transactions, opening and closing accounts, assisting with ATM and vault balancing, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with banking laws and regulations.
