About The Position

Responsible for the operational support of retail and business Web Banking products to include processing of manual enrollments, bill pay investigations, daily funder, and associated daily reports. Facilitate all cases related to the enrollment and add account process for both Retail and Business Web Banking. Responsible for striking the daily funder for both Retail and Business Web banking in a timely manner. Obtain and maintain all necessary documentation needed for the enrollment and add account process; this includes contacting branches, customers and other departments. Process daily online refunds. Responsible for investigating missing web bill paycheck payments. Review and work daily reports for both Retail and Business Web Banking, Report any systems of product problems to management that impact the ability to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Maintain up-to-date operational and retail banking knowledge of M&T Bank products and services. Establish strong network of contacts to assist in research compilation and problem resolution. Report training issues to management so that customer service areas are appraised of updates as necessary. Take on additional projects as needed by management.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
